How to Beat Feathered Priest Lu Bingzhang

Summon Nian Suichang to Split Aggro
Upon entering the boss arena, maintain a safe distance from Feathered Priest Lu Bingzhang. Use the Bone Whistle to summon your companion, Nian Suichang. Be aware that there is a brief animation when using the Bone Whistle during which you cannot dodge, so ensure you have enough space before using it.
Nian Suichang will draw the boss’s attention, giving you a window to deal damage before the boss’s aggro returns to you. For details on finding this companion, refer to the Nian Suichang Locations and Questline guide.

Section titled “Location”You can find Feathered Priest Lu Bingzhang at the top floor of the Shu Sanctum.

From the shrine in Shu Sanctum, locate the stairs to the left.

Ascend the stairs to the highest floor.

The top-most room is the boss arena where you will encounter Feathered Priest Lu Bingzhang.

Items from Priest’s Broken Cane
Section titled “Items from Priest’s Broken Cane”After acquiring the Priest’s Broken Cane, you must take it to the NPC Tao Qing. Giving him the cane will unlock the following boss-related items for purchase in his shop:
- Bone Whistle
- Clerical Mask
- Clerical Robes
- Clerical Belt
- Clerical Waist Cloth
